Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of professional training and consultancy services by Churchill Blue Limited (“the Company”) to its clients (“the Client”). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Scope of Services

Churchill Blue provides training, workshops, mentoring, certification preparation, and advisory services for software development teams. The specific services, delivery format, and schedule will be confirmed in the engagement agreement or proposal.

Fees and Payment

  • Fees for services will be outlined in the relevant proposal or agreement.

  • Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days from the invoice date.

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend services if payment is overdue.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information about training requirements.

  • Ensure participants attend scheduled sessions.

  • Provide necessary access to systems and facilities.

  • Respond to reasonable requests to facilitate delivery.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of its services.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the services in question.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under English law.
